OUR MISSION

The mission of the Building Owners Managers Association of Greater Cleveland is to serve its members as a value-added resource by providing advocacy on industry issues, education and professional development opportunities, networking, economic opportunities through group purchasing and other targeted services to owners and managers in the operation, marketing and leasing of commercial buildings, including local, state and federal legislation and taxation and all other matters of public interest to Greater Cleveland.

BOMA Greater Cleveland was incorporated in 1914 and represents Commercial Building Owners and Managers (predominately office buildings) in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain Counties. We represent one of six local associations in the State of Ohio and one of 104 throughout the world. BOMA International, our umbrella organization is headquartered in Washington DC.

At this time, our membership represents:

• 157 Building Members in the Greater Cleveland Area
• 84 Building Members in the City of Cleveland
• 33 million square feet of Commercial Office space in the Greater Cleveland Area
• 28 million square feet of Commercial Office space in the City of Cleveland
• More that 93,300 employees represented in those buildings
• 136 Professional and Service Company Members in the Greater Cleveland Area
• 71 Professional and Service Company Members located in the City of Cleveland
• More than 600 individuals are represented by member buildings and companies
