1. Euclid Corridor Transportation Project (ECTP): Working with RTA and the City to reduce the impact of the construction and updating BOMA Members regarding the various components of the process.
   
2. Tax Issues: Specifically local and state tax issues and available tax abatements
   Regional Government: Especially in the areas of what will be consolidated, services to be offered, taxes and infrastructure
   
3. Safety: Working with building security, police and other entities to keep the area safe for employees and visitors
   
4. City Council(s): Maintaining an awareness of issues being discussed and identifying potential issues.  Actively interacting with Council members to maintain relationships and impact any negative legislation under consideration
   
5. Innerbelt: Working with ODOT and various community organizations to positively influence the decisions made and infrastructure that will be construction
