BOMA Greater Cleveland is one of 92 local associations throughout the United States and 12 affiliates around the world. BOMA Greater Cleveland, since its 1914 incorporation, has continued to promote the highest standards in property management.

Currently, BOMA Greater Cleveland has three types of membership opportunities:

Building Members
May be any venture, partnership or corporation owning or managing commercial real estate.

Special Purpose Building Members (Listed with Building Members)
May be any governmental, educational, medical or research organization operating or owning its own building.

Associate Members
May be any firm duly registered in the professional practices of architecture, engineering, appraisal, real estate or provide support services and products to commercial properties.
